The Engineer Perspective
"By aligning infrastructure planning with real estate strategy, Oakwell engineers established a campus-wide systems approach, replacing fragmented, building-by-building MEP investments. The result was improved asset utilization and a lower total cost of infrastructure deployment and operation."
Jack Nelson, P.E.
EVP, Head of Engineering, Oakwell
The Owner Perspective
“Most institutions procure every project as a one-off effort — which means a new team, a new learning curve, and a new set of risks each time. Oakwell’s long-term infrastructure partnership model gives owners the right team with preserved context, aligned incentives, and a shared commitment to the institution’s mission — project after project.”
Bob Biggio
Board Member, Oakwell ; SVP Chief Sustainability and Real Estate Officer, Boston Medical Center Health System
